Court documents be damned!
As previously reported, Jeremy London was listed as "transient (aka "homeless") instead of having a permanent address in his domestic abuse case.
Now, Jeremy was spotted outside one of the most expensive restaurants in El Lay, and he DENIES he's homeless.

Such a great way to celebrate the holidays!
A Huntington Beach man pretended to be homeless for 24 hours to help the needy. Brian McMann said he was fortunate after he spent his time on the streets, stating, "I complain that I have to clean my pool. That means I have a pool."
McMann received over $100 during his panhandling and added 1,000 more to donate to those in need.
He found a woman living in her car and offered her $500. He even offered to repair her car for free and put her up in a hotel!
McMann is still looking for another person in need to donate the rest of money.
We think that he is an inspiration and embodies the holiday spirit!
Check out the video above for the full, heart-warming story.

After filming a PSA (above) with Susan Sarandon, Rebecca Romijn, Pete Wentz, etc., the girl who just wants to have fun just wanted to address something very serious!
And did she!!! Cyndi Lauper nearly wrote an essay on the importance of loving youth as they are while addressing some pretty horrendous statistics.
We've attached her entire article in whole for your convenience:
