Poor Morrissey!

While the former Smiths frontman had previously made announced his desire to retire from performing for good once he hit 55, it appears that he's been forced to put those plans on the fast-track due to increasingly problematic health issues described as a "series of medical mishaps"….and has officially canceled the remainder of his North American tour dates!

As we all know, the 53-year-old needed to postpone three dates back in January when he was hospitalized with a bleeding ulcer, then suffered double pneumonia earlier this month, as well as Barrett's esophagus, which is linked to long-term acid reflux!

Poor thing!

Haven't she and her family been through enough?!

As we've reported, Kelly Osbourne has been in the hospital ever since falling ill and suffering a seizure during a Thursday taping of Fashion Police, and while doctors have been hard at work since, attempting to figure out exactly what caused the fit, sources close to the situation reveal that it could be much more serious than what anyone initially anticipated!

Sadly, medical experts believe that the reality starlet may be suffering from the neurological disorder epilepsy, which is defined by brain alterations that result in the individual being prone to numerous recurrent seizures. Doctors will be running tests while she remains in the hospital for a few more days, but thankfully, there's still a possibility that this was an isolated episode.

Meanwhile, Kelly's mother

Kate Middleton Will Make Her First Appearance Since Pregnancy Announcement At The Sports Personality of the Year Awards

Well, this is relief to hear!

Kate Middleton's recently-announced pregnancy has already been a difficult one, given the severe morning sickness that resulted in a hospital stay, the suicide of an on-staff nurse who was tricked by an Australian radio station into divulging private information about her condition, and missed appearances at both the British Military Tournament AND the premiere of The Hobbit!

However, the Duchess of Cambridge is FINALLY feeling ready to re-join the masses, and is set to appear tonight - the first since the announcement of her pregnancy - at BBC's Sports Personality of the Year Awards in London, at which she'll
