WTF?! Harvey Weinstein Claims Oprah Winfrey Was 'Ready To Come Out And Publicly Support Him'

no title

This is awkward…

Harvey Weinstein has apparently been claiming that Oprah Winfrey called him this week to say that she's "ready to come out and publicly support him" according to TMZand yet Oprah's team is TOTALLY denying this!!

Related: Harvey, Seriously, WTF Is THIS Shit?!

Sources say that Harvey has been going around telling everyone who will listen that a number of powerful people — Oprah included — have reached out to him and encouraged the producer to defend himself publicly, apparently even going so far as to say they'd have his back.

Now, in Weinstein's telling of this story, apparently he repeatedly singled out Oprah as being a supporter who kept saying this over and over again.

One problems… Oprah says that's not true. Like, not even a little bit.

Her team responded by indicating they were really just after Weinstein for a 60 Minutes interview (below):

This Harvey Weinstein Babysitter Interview Story Is SO CREEPY!

no title

Yet another actress has come forward with a disgusting story about Harvey Weinstein — though this time in a very different context.

Sarah Ann Masse opened up to Variety about her experience with the movie mogul, and it had nothing to to with a role.

In 2008, the actress and comedian was working as a nanny in New York City when she was contacted for a job babysitting Harvey's three children.

After a series of pre-interviews with his assistants, Masse was sent to her first interview with Weinstein, who was already divorced from Eve Chilton and remarried to Georgina Chapman at the time.

She says the meeting was unprofessional from the jump:

Melania Trump Hits Back At 'Attention-Seeking' Ivana After Insulting Interview!

Well, can't say we didn't see this coming.

Donald Trump's ex Ivana Trump came out swinging with some classic First Wives Club shade in a new interview on GMA Monday morning.

She jokingly called herself the "first lady" then went on to talk about how she could improve on what Melania Trump does, if she wanted to, saying:

"Would I straighten up the White House in 14 days? Absolutely. Can I give the speech for 45 minutes without teleprompter? Absolutely. Can I read a contract? Can I negotiate? Can I entertain? Absolutely. But I would not really like to be there. I like my freedom."

We weren't alone in reading the insulting implications in her words. If you had any thought that the actual First Lady would be too classy to respond to such an interview, think again.

Melania released an official statement through her communications director Stephanie Grisham, who said:

Donald Trump's Ex Ivana Calls Herself The 'First Lady' & Says She's Worried About Melania's Jealousy In Shady New Interview!

no title

And we thought Ivana Trump's last interview was wild!

Donald Trump's first wife, whom he divorced after cheating with Marla Maples in 1993, is on tour for her book Raising Trump, and she's not holding back even a little bit.

On Monday morning, Ivana (who by the way forgives Donald and solely blames Marla who she says "ruined my family and my marriage") says she talks to the President about once every "fourteen days."

BUT she does worry about how it makes Melania Trump feel:

"I have the direct number to White House, but I don't really want to call him there because Melania is there and I don't want to cause any kind of jealousy or something like that. Because I'm basically first Trump wife, OK? I'm First Lady, OK?"

Whoa.

Sure, she's joking, but her words are absolutely loaded. Like when she refers to Melania being forced to live in Washington:

Donald Trump's Ex-Wife Ivana Talks Melania, Turning Down An Ambassadorship, & Giving POTUS Twitter Advice In New Interview — Get A Sneak Peek!

no title

We never hear Donald Trump mention his previous wives — maybe because the new leader of the party of family values doesn't want to be thought of as a misogynist who trades in trophy wives every 15 years or so.

But Ivana Trump, who has a new book called Raising Trump, won't stay silent.

In a new interview airing this weekend on CBS Sunday Morning, the mother of Ivanka Trump spills on everything from her almost ambassadorship to the Czech Republic to her feelings about FLOTUS Melania Trump.

WTF?! Steve Scalise Says Las Vegas & His Own Shooting 'Fortified' His Position That More Guns = More Safety!

While regular people and country musicians are looking at the 59 dead and 527 wounded in the Las Vegas shooting and changing their minds about sensible gun control, a surprise voice is standing firm.

Representative Steve Scalise, who was shot last June when a deranged Bernie Sanders-supporting gun owner opened fire on a GOP baseball practice, says Vegas and his own experiences did not dissuade him from his view that we'd be safer with more guns.

In an interview on Fox News Tuesday night, the House Majority Whip says these tragic events "fortified" his position.

WHAT?

Rather than explain that position, he immediately gets off track, talking about why no one should be talking about gun control:

"First of all you've gotta recognize that when there is a tragedy like this, the first thing we should be thinking about is praying for the people who were injured and do whatever we can to help them, to hep law enforcement."

Um, isn't that what stricter, more sensible gun regulations would do? Help law enforcement?

Maybe Steve has never heard the adage, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."

He continues:
