If you thought golf was boring and on its way out, think again!

Oh, but if you're also expecting numbers matching the all time high for a Master's final round like back in 1997 when Tiger was as huge as he was gonna get, you should still probably think again! LOLz!

Adam Scott won after battling on extra holes in the final round and it was that kind of excitement that boosted the ratings 25% over last year — with the CBS broadcast getting a 10.2/21 average household rating, peaking at an amazeballs 13.4/25. Back in 1997 it was 14.1/31!

This is good news for golf, and definitely good news for Adam!

Congrats to everyone involved! A LOT of naps were taken! LOLz!

3 Mistresses: Notorious Tales of the World’s Greatest Golfer will be released in conjunction with what could be the greatest comeback in the history of golf. Viewers can watch these three ladies spill all the sleazy deets about their sex romps with Woods on April 3rd, the day after he takes his first swing at the Masters tournament.

This is what director B. Skow had to say about his newest production:

"Any time three women get together to talk about the same guy, the results are going to be more than interesting. Now, when these women also happen to be adult stars that have sex for a living, and reveal they have been with the same guy, you can be sure they’ll share absolutely everything.”

The movie will revolve around an in-depth Q&A session complete with on-screen demonstrations of their experiences with Woods.

Needless to say, this is a must-see for any fan of golf. Ha!

Thanks to the $1 million dollar knee injury, Tiger Woods will not be playing in the 2011 U.S. Open.

The golfer sprained his left knee and strained his left Achilles tendon while hitting a shot during the Masters Tournament in April, then promised to make a huge donation to charity if reporters did not ask about his knee injury.

Unfortunately, his left leg is still acting up as he released a statement on his website, reading:

"I am extremely disappointed that I won't be playing in the U.S. Open, but it's time for me to listen to my doctors and focus on the future. I was hopeful that I could play, but if I did, I risk further damage to my left leg. My knee and Achilles tendon are not fully healed."

The 35-year-old hopes by sitting out in this years Open he'll be ready to play in the "AT&T National, the next two majors and the rest of the year."

We're sure his presence will be missed, but he's got to do what's best for him.

Tiger Woods has a boo boo on his knee.

He apparently hurt his knee while hitting a ball from an awkward place on the 17th hole during the third round of the Masters. Although he finished out the tournament on it, he will have to miss the Wells Fargo Championship next week.

He hopes to get back into the game in a few weeks, but in the mean time will be taking it easy.

Feel better, Tiger!

Golf be sexist (apparently).

Tera Sullivan, a female reporter, was trying to do her job and report on the Masters tournament at the Augusta National Golf Club when she was barred from the locker room because of her gender.

She tweeted:

"Bad enough no women members at Augusta. But not allowing me to join writers in locker room interview is just wrong."

Officials from the tournament have since apologized.

BUT, that changes nothing. Sexism happened at the tournament, and the tournament officials should be embarrassed because of it.

Hopefully they’ve learned their lesson.
