George Huguely has just been sentenced to 23 years in prison for beating his ex-girlfriend, Yeardley Love, to death in an argument.

The former UVA Lacrosse player had been convicted in February of second-degree murder by a jury.

He even admitted to having a fight with her that got physical, but denied he ever meant to kill her.

It's too bad he didn't get even more time — regardless of "meaning" to kill someone, if you beat them to death, we feel like that's a special kind of violence that can't be chalked up to accident.

We guess we should be glad that he's going away at all, but he didn't even get the maximum 26 years that the jury recommended!

It seems that people everywhere are declaring "Maxim's hottest" and the "Flying Tomato" a couple!

Bar Refaeli, after being named the hottest woman in the world by Maxim, was recently on Conan talking about how men never hit on her.

It DOES seem like every time someone flips out over how major a solar flare is, or anything else to do with the sun for that matter, it ends up not really being bad at all.

But when we hear how HUGE this sunspot is that's forming on the sun's surface… we tend to not take it so lightly!

The spot has a diameter of 60,000 miles and is many times that of the Earth's which is just under 8,000 miles across. It's even possible to view with home telescopes.

Don't do that, though, unless your 'scope is fitted with sun filters to prevent permanent eye damage. Duh!

A huge solar flare is being predicted because of the spot — one that will have a burst of radiation travelling at up to 5million mph right towards us.

Unfortunately something like that could cause magnetic storms, which could disrupt satellites and electricity grids.

There's also no specific timeline for this to occur. During the next two years, though, they're expecting the number of sunspots visible on the sun to reach a maximum!

Based on the revealing and cleavagelicious promos we've seen for her new drama, Client List, a lot of other people do too!

Former scream queen and current hottie Jennifer Love Hewitt is covering Maxim for the fourth time on the latest issue and shared she loves her boobs as much as her male fan base does. When asked in the interview what her favorite feature is, she replied:

“It’s horrible to say, but I like my boobs. They’ve always served me well. They’re good.”

They certainly will be highlighted in every episode of her Lifetime show, that's for sure! JLH plays a Texas mom who becomes an escort to make ends meet and revealed:

"It’s a lingerie-heavy show every episode, for my character in particular. It’s not going to be your mother’s Lifetime."

As for her extracurriculars, the actress revealed that she loves cooking when she's not filming. Oh, and pole dancing! When asked about any "secret skills," she answered:

“Pole dancing. It’s a great way to stay in touch with your sexuality. I also love to cook, so I can have a cake in the oven while I do a pole dance.”

In case you're wondering, yes, she is single! How? We're not sure, but she doesn't seem too hard to talk to because she's even tolerant of terrible pick-up lines, explaining:

"Well, I did get one that was so bad I gave the guy 10 minutes of my time. He was like, 'Are you Irish? ’Cause my penis is Dublin.' It was so stupid, but I thought it took some wit at least."

LOL! Jennifer sounds like a very generous woman!
