17-year-old Weston Masset is just thankful to be alive!

He's the teen McDreamy Patrick Dempsey saved after his car flipped and crashed on the actor's front lawn in Malibu.

After Patrick went into into Dr. Derek Shepard mode and rescued the teen from his overturned car using a crowbar, Weston is now speaking out about much of a gentleman the Grey's Anatomy actor truly is.

He not only pried the barely-conscious boy out of the car, but he also alerted paramedics and his mother. AND, he even called her later that night to get an update on his condition.

Weston admitted:

"He was there for me. It would have been a lot worse without him."

Patrick Dempsey really is the prefect man.

McDreamy and his adorable daughter Tallulah Fyfe were spotted riding bikes to school yesterday morning in El Lay.

He left the little Tom boy lead the way while he carried her pink lunch box! AWW! That's a REAL man for ya!!

Next Partrick needs to remember his helmet! We don't want anything happing to his beautiful face!
