The billionaire was spotted on his yacht in Miami on Tuesday with runway model Georgie Badiel, who could easily be mistaken as Naomi's little sister.
The two were lounging around, chatting and using their cell phones, but there wasn't any canoodling — at least ABOVE deck — so maybe it's not that serious after all.
Not that Naomi cares anyway. She's too busy with The Face and being fabulous in Vogue.

Red lips don't quit!
Even though Miley Cyrus had her bodyguard attempt to shield her from the cameras, we still got a glimpse of of the starlet exiting Miami's Cameo nightclub at 5am on Sunday morning.
Smiley kept her head down while walking out, wearing an extremely short leather dress and black and white striped Saint Laurent sandal heels.
The dress really didn't have much shape, which is odd considering Miley has such a bangin' bod, but her legs certainly looked fantastic!
Oh, and we see her short blond pixie cut is growing out a bit! It really brings out those ruby red lips of hers!
