Over the weekend, Otis Nixon was caught weaving through traffic in his Dodge Ram in Atlanta, and after a witness called the police to inform them of the craaazzzzy driving, the cops stopped the former MLB star, searched his car and arrested him.

The Major League Baseball association just filed a lawsuit against their employees after they found out that a Biogenesis clinic gave some of their players banned performance-enhancing drugs, and we think this is just wacky!!

So far, at least 90 players appear in the clinic's records, and the MLB not only wants to recoup money from the athletes, but they're also going after

Now that's just ridiculous!

Ex baseball legend, Mark Knudson wrote an article for Mile High Sports, and just when we were expecting him to talk about how to be a team player because the title of his column is It’s about what’s best for the team, he played us, and blatantly said that gay athletes should NEVER come out.

Not only does he illustrate the fact that homosexual players are not exactly accepted in the NFL, but he states that the MLB rather not know if someone is gay either.

He wrote:

Brendon Ayanbadejo is a linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens and one of the most outspoken gay rights activists in professional sports.

First, let us say congrats on winning the Super Bowl!!

Second, being a straight pro athlete and "coming out" as a supporter of gay rights must be hard to do.

But Brendon knows that coming out as openly gay would be even harder for a player due to the generally homophobic atmosphere that dominates pro sports.

Pete Rose is a former baseball player and manager who is also the all-time Major League leader in hits (4,256), games played (3,562), at-bats (14,053) and outs (10,328)!

That's ridiculous! He must've been one of the best.

The sad thing is, he is banned from baseball and baseball's Hall of Fame ever since he admitted to betting on baseball and the team he played for and managed.

So if Lance Armstrong were to take advice on owning up to your mistakes, Pete would be the person to take it from!
