As if the horrific earthquakes in Nepal and surrounding countries that killed just under 9,000 people weren't terrible enough, India is now suffering a deadly natural disaster of its own.
Over the past six weeks, over 800 people have died throughout India due to a severe heat wave that shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.
Temperatures have reached 117º F in parts of the country, and hospitals are currently doing their best to treat heatstroke after 551 people died in the state of Andhra Pradesh this past week alone.

In fact, it's so hot throughout the country that the asphalt roads are literally melting.
Andhra Pradesh's Special Commissioner for Disaster Management of P. Tulsi Rani has assured the state's citizens that the Indian government is doing everything it can to provide aid, saying:
