Pageants can be cruel.

Just ask Domonique Raminrez, winner of the Miss San Antonio contest, who was dethroned, allegedly for being overweight.

But not even overweight — she’s a size 2. But the pageant director didn’t think she was up to snuff.

Said the pageant board's spokeswoman:

"Domonique is not fat, by any stretch of the imagination. She's a beautiful girl, but she wasn't ready for Miss Texas."

If she was dethroned JUST because of her weight then everyone on the board should be fired!
