Although pets don't often show it - a lot of pets can and do feel pain.

Which was definitely the case for veterinarian Dr. Doug Kramer after his precious pet dog was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Wanting to make sure the dog lived the rest of its life happy - Kramer decided to give the dog medical marijuana which is legal in the state of California.

And although people may frown upon using medical marijuana on a pet dog, PETA actually is for using marijuana upon one's own pets as long as it for medicinal purposes.

This just seems like blatant animal cruelty!!

But actually, it's more complicated than that.

Some pet owners give their pets medical marijuana, and not in a hold them down and blow smoke in their face like an evil high school stoner way.

Their animals have bad arthritis or cancer and they give them medicated snacks to help alleviate the problems.

There is even a vet (in California of course) that believes it can be okay to get a pet high!

Oh shizz!! We're not sure Selena's gonna like this!!

According to a Swedish newspaper, police suspected Justin Bieber's tour bus of foul play Wednesday night after smelling a "strong smell" of marijuana following their crowd control procedure outside Justin's hotel.

The cops waited to raid the moving pad once it pulled up to the Stockholm arena where Justin was set to perform, and that's when they allegedly discovered a small amount of what appeared to be pot.

They reportedly found a stun gun as well, which requires a permit!!

No arrests were made and it's unclear whether or not the Biebs was even on the bus or if he had already entered the arena by that time.

AY YI YI, JUSTIN! Tell us it isn't so!!!

Ah, 4/20! April 20th, the 20th of April!

What can we say about that day? Oh yeah, it's widely known as SMOKE WEED DAY! LOLz!

It's true! Of course it isn't recognized by the government, but the 20th day in April will forever be known as the day everyone has created an excuse (in addition to the ones they've already created) to smoke pot! That's right, if you missed it, check out the newest ad for This Is The End (above), starring Seth Rogen and James Franco and every other stoner celebrity ever! They were geniuses over in the promotion department, because they offered FREE MUNCHIES if you bought your tickets for the movie on 4/20!

LOLz!!

They just know people are going to go see the flick just blazed beyond a doubt, so why not appeal to that??

To be honest, even if you don't smoke the deal was a good one! Popcorn can cost a ton of money at the movies!

Plus the movie looks HIGHlarious anyway! Clever!
