See people, Mileybird is apparently all about sex, drugs and rap now, NOT abstinence, glitter and pop!

And to further prove her point, she paired the tee with shorts that have us feeling a bit like a gynocologist.

But it’s cool, Miley, every pop princess in need of a change has to go through their own Christina Aguilera Dirrty moment!

American Apparel’s controversies are SO common, that it’s getting hard to keep track of them all!

The retailer known for its voyeuristic style and over the top campaigns, has been BANNED in the U.K. after an investigation by the Advertising Standards Authority.

The ASA launched their investigation after receiving a complaint for their sexually inappropriate ads, prompting their SECOND band in in 3 years!!!

American Apparel fought back, and cited freedom of creative expression for their right to use the racy photos!

A rep from the line responded to the investigation by saying:

But this time, it isn't about a nasty letter to a contest winner or an alleged pervert of a CEO.

This time it's simply about their newest, racy ad campaign.

Nice try, Mattel, but you can't keep a good Brat down!

Following a long, drawn out legal battle between Mattel and MGA entertainment over the rights to Bratz dolls, MGA won in court back in April, and NOW Bratz are back!

MGA is currently in the process of relaunching Bratz dolls, and it looks like they're gearing for a major comeback!
