Hmm… that sounds YUMMY!!

Gwyneth Paltrow just made an appearance on The Dr. Oz Show, and while she's been really busy hawking her cookbook, It's All Good, and sharing fitness tips, she decided to serve up some of her recipes with the doc himself.

Not only did the diet crazed actress discuss her diet, healthy foods and put her recipes out in the open, but she also taught us how to make mint, cucumber, lime and basil detox friendly mojitos, which actually sound and look to-die-for.

You're A Dip, We're A Dip, Let's All Eat Some Warm Crab Dip!

There is something about a hot and bubbly crab dip that makes people go crazy every time! I recently asked Facebook fans to submit a favorite dish they would like to see as a 4 ingredient recipe! Bruce from West Hollywood, California suggested a Hot Crab dip, and I was excited for the challenge. I love purchasing fresh canned crab at the seafood counter; you get all the taste without the hassle. If you can't find crab, substitute raw chopped shrimp or canned albacore tuna. Thanks Bruce for the idea … give it a try and let us know what you think!

8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
8 ounces crab meat
1/2 teaspoon seasoning (like horseradish, old bay, chili or paprika)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients together. Put in oven safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers, bread or vegetables for dipping, and enjoy!

Mariko Pot

Irish soda bread is so delicious, it should be enjoyed more than once a year! Traditional Irish soda bread contains just a few basic ingredients, so here's a recipe where you can make your own in a matter of minutes. Customize the recipe with caraway seeds, raisins or other dried fruit. Don’t have buttermilk? Substitute 1 cup milk (or non-dairy substitute) and 1 Tbsp lemon juice; let sit in a cup for 5 minutes to curdle before adding.

· 2 cups flour
· 1 Tsp baking soda
· 1 pinch salt
· 1 cup buttermilk

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium low heat. Stir all the ingredients together until mixed, knead on a floured surface and form into a flattened round (about ½ inch thick). Sprinkle flour in hot skillet, and bake the dough for about 8 minutes on each side. Cut into wedges, and enjoy warm.

St. Patrick's Day Recipes: Whiskey Glazed Steak In Just FOUR Ingredients!

Mariko Laugh

This year, try something different that your traditional Corned Beef. Choose organic or grass fed cuts; natural beef is lower in fat, high in Omega 3s and a great source of iron. If you want a non-dairy variation, substitute the cream for a Stout beer.

· 4 fillet steaks, 5-6 ounces each. Seasoned with salt & pepper (experiment with different meats like buffalo or chicken)
· ¼ cup Irish whiskey
· ¼ cup beef stock
· ¼ cup cream

Heat a large, heavy pan over high heat, and cook steaks until desired doneness. Move steaks to plate, and reduce heat to simmer. Add whiskey, and deglaze the pan (combining all the steak bits and juices) then add cream and broth. Bring sauce to boil until thick (about a minute), pour over steaks, garnish with fresh ground pepper and enjoy!

St. Patrick's Day Recipes: Irish Shortbread With Chocolate Ganache Made With Only FOUR Ingredients!

Markio Knives

This light and crispy cookie is the perfect end to your St. Patrick's Day feast, and is delicious with Irish coffee! Feeling fancy? Create your own unique combinations by adding 1/2 cup dried fruit or nuts. This recipe calls for Irish Butter; made from the milk of grass-fed cows, it has a richer flavor and higher Omega / vitamin / mineral content. If you can't find Irish butter, substitute regular!

1 cup (2 sticks) Irish better, at room temperature
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
2 1/2 cups flour (plus extra for rolling out)
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar with electric mixer until well combined. Gradually add flour and mix until a ball is formed. Transfer dough to floured cutting board, and use a rolling pin to roll dough about 1/4 inch thick. Make into shapes using your favorite cookie cutter (I like a classic round for my shortbread) and bake on parchment lined baking sheet for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks. In small bowl, add chocolate chips and microwave 45 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds until melted. Dip half of shortbread in chocolate, and place on parchment until hardened. Enjoy!

Toffee tastes better the next day after the flavors develop - just store in an air tight container until ready to serve!

1 cup brown sugar, packed

Butter pan (like 7×11 or 8×8) and sprinkle 1 cup of almonds evenly over bottom. Melt butter in heavy bottom saucepan, add brown sugar and cook over medium-high heat until gently boiling. Reduce heat to medium, and cook for 12 minutes, stirring constantly (if you have a candy thermometer, this will be about 300 degrees). Carefully pour onto baking sheet over almonds, and smooth with back of spoon. Arrange chocolate bars over top and let sit for a few minutes until melted. Evenly spread chocolate, and sprinkle with remaining almonds. Cool completely, and break into smaller pieces when ready to serve!
