Go, Lena, go!

In a recent interview with espnW — the actor, producer, and director opens up about how exercise has become more important than ever.

She shares:

"My relationship with my body is constantly evolving. I'm going to be 30 next year. I had to learn, as you age, you have to move. You have to move so you don't die. You have to move so your brain doesn't atrophy. You have to move so that you look a little bit like a person that you might want to be."

But, it wasn't easy! The 29-year-old admitted that starting this journey later on in life has had its challenges:

"I have never been a physically engaged person. Like, I was not an athletic kid. I was the kid who came up with a thousand excuses not to take a gym class. Even now, if I could, I would do all my work from bed. My boyfriend always says that I'm the most mentally energetic, physically lazy person he's ever met. And it's true."

We've all been there!

You could say she truly labored on Labor Day! HA!

The Otillo Swimrun World Championship takes place every year in Sweden, and consists of six miles of swimming in the Baltic Sea and 40 miles of running.

Pippa and her brother James Middleton completed the course in 13 hours and 4 minutes along with their teammates James Matthews and Jons Bartholdson!

The socialite and her team competed for the Michael Matthews Foundation, which builds schools in needy areas throughout the world.

This wasn't her first time at the rodeo, though!

Pips completed a 54-mile bicycle race from London to Brighton earlier this summer, and participated in the Bosphorus Cross Continental Swimming Race in Turkey.

We are in awe!

The moment that terrified all of Jamaica!

Minutes after Usain Bolt won his fourth straight gold medal for the 200 meter race at the Track & Field World Championships, he did what every winner normally does — take a victory lap.

Unfortunately one of the many cameramen covering the moment lost his balance on his Segway scooter — and took out Bolt's legs!

The video is actually pretty HIGHlarious, but only because it didn't result in an injury! The Jamaican even laughed it off saying "accidents happen" and joking that:

Plus-Size Model Breaks Barriers By Scoring Women's Running Magazine Cover

Women's Running puts plus-size model on cover.

Plus-size models are finally getting more recognition from more mainstream publications.

And it's about time!

Women's Running magazine is the latest to celebrate curvier figures with their August cover of model Erica Jean Schenk.

The 18-year-old did the shoot for the issue without knowing that she'd ultimately end up on the cover, saying:

"I had no idea I was going to be on the cover! I was told afterwards that I would be on the cover. I was initially stunned. I thought it would be a big deal but it turned out to be a MUCH bigger deal than I thought it would be!"

And she's extremely proud of the image itself:

"I love how the image shows a thick-thighed woman who is proud of her body. I'm not wearing loose-fitting clothes, to say the least. At first it made me a bit uncomfortable but then I had to realize I can't help other women accept who they are without doing the same for myself."

She's also happy that the front page might help other women feel better about themselves:

"I'm over the moon that all these people see me and can relate. I hope I make an impact in women's body acceptance. I've had so much positive feedback. I can feel the masses begging for more. They want to be able to relate to the struggles, success, and celebration of people just like them."

We wish you even more success in the future, girl!
