After almost a year in the making, Nicole Richie is finally ready to spray the world with her own signature scent.

The designer turned perfumier hooked up with TPR Holdings LLC, whom she met through fellow Fashion Star mentor John Varvatos, to create Nicole by Nicole Richie, the "cool, classy scent with an edge".

Elizabeth Arden Inc. is smellin' so hard right now!

On Tuesday, the beauty company announced they acquired Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj fragrance licenses from Give Back Brands.

The purchase was made just in time for Biebs to launch his second aroma, Girlfriend, and Her Minajesty to drop her debut stank this fall.

$$$$$$mart smell move!

She's just signed as the new face of the female signature scent and will star in the fragrance's TV, print, and online campaigns that will be all up in your face this September.

So what does Miz Paltrow herself say about her new gig??

"I was honored and very happy to be chosen as the face of Boss Nuit Pour Femme. To me, the Boss woman is driven, ambitious and goes after what she wants, but she balances being strong and very feminine at the same time — characteristics that I strive toward in my own life."

Prelaunches for the new perfume campaign are slated for August so get ready for a summer of Gwyneth!
