Julia Roberts is doing her best to keep her mind sharp, so (ha!) she's learning to sew.
She says of her new hobby:
"I’ve started sewing classes recently. I made some big pillows for the kids and some really simple pants for Danny…In your 40s, you’re supposed to learn new things so your brain doesn’t turn to mush."

A nice idea. We're glad to see that she is keeping busy.
Marie Osmond has written a new how-to sewing book being released sometime in November. The book, entitled Marie Osmond's Heartfelt Giving: Sew and Quilt for Family and Friends, will included step-by-step instructions on more than 20 different sewing projects designed by Marie.
More interesting to us will be the slew of never before seen family photographs from when Marie was a child. See the Osmond kiddies in their prime!
In the press release, Marie said of her book:
"I hope, like me, you fall in love with making handmade gifts…It's always those gifts we make and give with all our heart that, in return, are a blessing to our souls."
Think any of U will look into getting her book?
