The Help actress has been dethroned by the one and only Adele who wore four, count 'em FOUR, pairs of the body smoothing shapewear to the Grammys this year.

The six-time Grammy winner revealed to Matt Lauer:

"I had three or four pairs of Spanx on that night but I loved it. I actually had another dress made and I ended up passed out in it. It had a corset and I was like, 'I can't wear that,' so I ended up wearing this instead."

And that's why we love you, gurl! Keepin' it real!

I don't see why not! if shapewear in women's straight sizes doesn't exist, why not try it in plus sizes? A friend of mine, Miss Marie Denee aka the Curvy Fashionista, just did an EXCELLENT post on shapewear. Check that out.

Also, I don't know if you know this or not, but shapewear for men actually DOES exist. Spanx got into that market awhile ago honey. Tell them I sent you! Merry Christmas btw!

Real Housewife of New York City Jill Zarin is ca$$$hing in while she still can and launching a Spanx-like shapewear line.

The yet to be released collection called Squeeze Couture will feature slimming garments in a variety of colors and fabrics, something competitors don't currently offer.
