This year, try something different that your traditional Corned Beef. Choose organic or grass fed cuts; natural beef is lower in fat, high in Omega 3s and a great source of iron. If you want a non-dairy variation, substitute the cream for a Stout beer.

· 4 fillet steaks, 5-6 ounces each. Seasoned with salt & pepper (experiment with different meats like buffalo or chicken)
· ¼ cup Irish whiskey
· ¼ cup beef stock
· ¼ cup cream

Heat a large, heavy pan over high heat, and cook steaks until desired doneness. Move steaks to plate, and reduce heat to simmer. Add whiskey, and deglaze the pan (combining all the steak bits and juices) then add cream and broth. Bring sauce to boil until thick (about a minute), pour over steaks, garnish with fresh ground pepper and enjoy!

Hulk Hogan is opening up a new restaurant in Tampa, Florida called Hogan's Beach!

It's the place is described by Hulk as "Jimmy Buffet's [Margaritaville] times 10; Hooters times 10, [with a] total muscle beach Baywatch experience a la Hogan and it's a total family environment."

Ha! That's the craziest description ever! It's a family friendly hooters weight lifting beach something! LOLz!

There's going to be all sort of delicious foods, including sushi and high-end steaks and seafood.

There's even a mechanical shark, tiki huts, fire pits, a stage for bands and volleyball courts!

Sounds like it's just gonna be one giant party restaurant!

The site of a legendary mafia gangland murder in the 1980s is now a steakhouse called Sparks Steak House…and it's paying $600,000 in a lawsuit settlement.

The lawsuit says that a male manager sexually harassed nearly two dozen of the restaurant's male waiters — damn, that's a LOT — and the restaurant didn't stop the manager's abuse of the 22 waiters over an eight-year period.

Servers at Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster and other restaurants are suing the restaurant's parent company.

They claim that they weren't allowed to clock-in until customers arrived and had overtime pay withheld from them.

Specifically, they said they regularly worked over 40 hours a week but did not receive overtime compensation.

We're all used to slipping in a few dollars into a vending machine for soda or candy, but would you trust an automated machine to serve you fresh cuts of raw meat?

Customers at a Birmingham, Alabama minimart are and seem to be quite satisfied!

A new kind of vending machine is dispensing new york strip steak, ribeye, sausage, beef sirloin, and pork tenderloins to customers at a cheaper price than the grocery store.

Since electronics and DVDs have leapt off of the shelves into vending machines, we guess raw meat was the next logical step.
