Monique Lawless was minding her own business in the check out line at a Texas Walmart until she saw a group of guys leaving the store without paying for three cases of beer.

When an employee didn't do anything, Lawless took it upon herself to stop them and ran out to the parking lot. Before they sped away she jumped on the hood of the car before sliding off and falling to the ground.

Later that day, police spotted the car and gave chase, which ended with one of them pinned between a chain link fence and the police car.

Ouch!

Sylvester Andre Thompson and Durlentren Sylvester Thompson, 21 year old twins, and their 19-year-old brother Sylvester Primitivo Thompson were arrested and charged with felony evading arrest and aggravated robbery.

Texas is throwing their Stetson hat into the anti-saggy pants ring.

Last month, the Transportation Authority of Ft. Worth revised their dress code policy in an effort to "Stop the Sag". The new code now bans passengers from wearing saggy pants and if they're too low bus drivers can turn them away.

But before someone down in Texas gets their knickers in a knot a rep for the public transportation system explains: "It's not like they have to go home. They can just pull it up. It's to be respectful of other riders."

Sounds reasonable.

To promote the new code, posters have been placed inside buses reading "Grandma says 'Pull 'em up' or find another ride."

If you were hoping to pick up a copy of Cosmo's newest issue with Lea Michele on the cover at Brookshires grocery store, you're going to have to speak with customer service.

A CoColicious reader snapped this picture at the Texas grocery store chain where an employee said Lea's cover "wasn't appropriate" to be featured with the other mags.

OK, this is getting ridiculous.

They're treating her issue like it's porn, which the last we checked IT'S NOT.

Forever 21 has launched their own maternity line Love 21 Maternity, and they've got a pretty smart marketing strategy.

The cheap fashion chain has set up their preggers shop in California, Texas, Alaska, Arizona and Utah — the states with the highest teen pregnancy rates!

Pretty genius if you ask us considering their target demographic is teens, but is it really a good idea to make clothes for the Bristol Palin's of the world?
