Back in February, Robbie Rogers came out as a gay man, and even though he hasn't been playing soccer for some time now, he got back on the field and trained with the El Lay Galaxy on Tuesday!!

OOOOH! Maybe we can get a date with him??? LOLz

The 25-year-old hottie played several years in Europe before he came out, and now that he returned to California, he's trying to get in good with the two-time MLS Cup champions.

Robbie's contract is currently with the Chicago Fire, but after he trained with the Galaxy, head coach Bruce Arena gave Rogers all sorts of support, he said:

Lance Armstrong Can't Swim — But He Can Still Run!!!

Earlier this month, Lance Armstrong was denied the chance to swim in the Masters South Central Zone Swimming Championships, but just 'cuz he can't swim, doesn't mean that he can't run.

While we think it's great that the former biker is keeping in shape, we don't think he should be training, but from his tweet, it seems like that's exactly what he's doing.

Oscar Pistorius Has NOT Started To Train!!

Last week, Oscar Pistorius was granted the right to leave South Africa so he can compete in races, and considering that it was reported that he doesn't plan on competing anytime soon, his family just revealed that he's NOT training either.

The Paralympian's fam said that Oscar is "not back on any official training program" right now, but this might "change in the future."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is partnered up with Gleb Savchenko, and unfortunately, they've been at the bottom since the season premiere.

Spring Is Here — But Is Your Body Ready For It??

Days are getting longer, temperatures a little higher and Spring is just around the corner! As you start to shed the layers, you may want to shed some extra inches as well.

We’ve all seen the “quick fix” weight loss programs and “secrets” to change your body fast, but let’s face it, there’s no fast way to change your body. There are two driving factors when it comes to changing you’re the way you look and feel: your diet and exercise plan (or movement plan as I like to call it).

For the “non-movers” of the world, to just move more is a first step to exercise - walk more, take the stairs (not the elevator) – and practice movement patterns that appeal to you such as dancing, running, playing tennis, stretching, skipping, etc. Just MOVE. Know that you will have set backs; but that’s ok. You can always start over again with your next breath and recommit to your plan.

Here are my TOP tips that will help you to Get in Better Shape for spring, see results in a few weeks and change your life forever!

1. PLAN AHEAD: Make movement time an appointment; add it to your calendar and plan your food choices ahead of time. Shop for food that is easy to prepare and keep loads of fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts, grains etc. in your pantry or office desk and nosh frequently throughout the day. This is an easy way to avoid desperation (when you grab two slices of pizza!) when you’re ravines.

2. AVOID ALL PROCESSED FOODS: Stay away from refined sugar, soda of all kinds (especially diet drinks!) and eat an abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein.

The Paris Saint-Germain superstar was spotted training for PSG at Camp des Loges in the Paris yesterday, and we're loving how focused he appeared to be.

Beckham not only kicked the soccer ball around, but he ran up and down the field like a dang track star.

David certainly has his game tight, and we would never expect any less from him!!
