Say it ain't so!
On Wednesday, Kim Kardashian West and Kendall Jenner became the faces on an important cause when artist Alexsandro Palombo photoshopped their mugs to look battered.
Unfortunately, this creative campaign was made without EITHER of the famous sisters' consent. Yikes!

The #StopViolenceAgainstWomen campaign took already existing pics of Kimmy Kakes and her lil sis and simply added cuts and bruises. The caption for the images read:
"No woman is immune from domestic abuse."
That message is incredibly powerful. Still, sources claim that the well-known siblings are not happy with the snaps and have had their lawyers track down the artist responsible to issue a warning. Oof!
Some believe the altered images are simply paparazzi shots from last year's Valentino show in Paris, France. Not mention, fellow A-listers Miley Cyrus, Angelina Jolie, and Madonna were also portrayed as victims in the work.
Folks, you gotta ask before making celebrities your spokespeople.
Luckily, the KUWTK starlets are said to be supporters of the cause but feel they should have had a choice when it came to their involvement. Well that's fair!
Palombo doesn't seem to fazed by causing distress as he took to Instagram and Twitter to promote his controversial work (below)!
