Janet Jackson can breathe a sigh of relief after these difficult weeks coping with the death of her brother.
A NYC judge has dismissed a $120 million lawsuit brought against the songstress stemming from an incident in 2005, which claims her bodyguards roughed up a man who wished to say goodnight to her inside Club Marquee in NYC.
Just to say goodnight?!

“They were monsters,” said Leonard Salati, the genius who filed suit.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Jane Solomon found that Jackson’s bodyguard was not the assailant and that his alleged attackers were employees of a security firm hired by the club.
The judge also dismissed Salati’s suit against the club, but is allowing claims against the security firm hired by the club to continue.
Salati called the ruling “outrageous,” and said he would appeal to continue the suit against Janet.
