The Duggar‘s sure know how to fire up some controversy!
Last month, the 19 Kids And Counting family posted the (above) photo to Facebook of their 16-year-old son Jedidiah holding up his Christmas present, which just so happens to be an EXTREMELY large rifle.

Not surprisingly, many Facebook users lit up the comments section reprimanding the family on the dangers of giving a firearm to a minor.
​One commenter shared:
“Worst present ever. I don’t care how much gun safety they teach their kids. All it takes is one time of not locking it up properly for one of the dozens of curious young kids in that house to get a hold of it and have an accident.”
However, the reality TV stars did get some support.
This user posted:
“Guns are for survival and protection. It is our God given right to bare arms├óΓé¼┬ª There is nothing wrong with giving a child a gun as long as the responsibility of owning the gun is taught as well.”
