Holy whips and chains!
It seems like only yesterday that the casting news spilled as Fifty Shades of Grey announced it had its super scandalicious leads. But now it looks like the big search is back on for one of the deliciously naughty stars who will be ready to dive head first into the world of S&M.
It was announced today that Charlie Hunnam has chickened out bailed due to other obligations as Universal Pictures commented:
“The filmmakers of Fifty Shades of Grey and Charlie Hunnam have agreed to find another male lead given Hunnam├óΓé¼Γäós immersive TV schedule which is not allowing him time to adequately prepare for the role of Christian Grey.”
Not our Christian Grey! We – and likely Dakota Johnson – were totes excited for all his shirtless seksiness about to take over the big screen!
But with Sons of Anarchy being a huge hit and all, we can totes understand his schedule conflict.
We just hope Ian Somerhalder is free to fill those billionaire sexaholic shoes. Maybe??
