This story made our day – okay, our entire month!!!
9-year-old Caine Monroy spent his summer vacation building a DIY cardboard arcade using old boxes and parts from his dad’s auto parts store in East L.A.
Since business was slow, Caine didn’t get too many customers.
Until one day, when filmmaker Nirvan Mullick stepped into the shop and discovered the cardboard arcade, he decided that the world needed to meet Caine, and organized a flashmob to surprise him.
Watch his short film Caine’s Arcade (above). It’s so inspiring and will definitely put a smile on your face!
P.S. Looks like Caine is still building new additions to his creation! We’re going to have to make a stop and check it out!!
