Suge Knight may be out of the woods health-wise, but not legally.
The rap mogul was released from a hospital late Wednesday after being admitted for chest pains.
He’s now back in jail and facing murder charges after being involved in a January 29th hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of Terry Carter and injured Cle “Bone” Sloan. Knight claims he was backing up and the accident was unintentional.
On Thursday, the 911 call made by a witness was released, and do NOT support Knight’s claims. In the call, a frantic female tells the dispatcher:
“There was a fighting … and [Knight] pull back and pushed forward and run him over.”
LA County Prosecutors believe Knight intentionally ran over the men after having an altercation with them earlier. The female witness’ call seems to support their case, despite the poor audio quality.
Either way, Suge’s killed a friend, and may face even worse consequences than guilt.
