In one last way to stick it to NBC, the execs at TBS have put out ads in all the major trades asking for support to get Conan O’Brien nominated for his work on The Tonight Show.
Though his show on TBS won’t start for another two months after the Emmys, the network is so confident in him that they are willing to shell out the major bucks to campaign his nomination.
Do it, Academy! Make this an award show worth watching!
