The Muppets Team Up With Pixar!

Now this should be inneresting!
The peeps involved with Disney’s and Jason Segel‘s live-action Muppets feature headed over the Pixar yesterday for a table read of the project!
Pixar has also recently helped parent company Disney with the upcoming Tron Legacy. An insider reveals:

“There are a lot of Muppet fans up there at Pixar. Both sides were excited and curious. I wouldn’t read too much into it. Pixar is acting more as a friend of the court.”

The Muppets film still hasn’t been officially greenlit, but we think this is a step in the right direction!
