Diddy’s Attorney Blames RACISM For His Criminal Charges! Seriously?!

Diddy’s Attorney Claims Feds Are Trying To Take Down ‘A Successful Black Man’ With Racketeering & Sex Trafficking Charges

The defense plan Diddy’s legal team appears to be going with now amid his sex trafficking and racketeering case? They’re trying to claim he is a victim of racism.

In a new TMZ Studios documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, which dropped on Thursday, his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said he believes the feds targeted the 54-year-old music mogul to take down a “successful black man.” He argued:

“Let’s switch our focus to the government. In my opinion — I’m just gonna say it the way it is — no, no friend historically of the successful black man. Ok? And they start making this case, in my opinion, as a takedown of a successful Black man.”

Wow. This is so gross of them to do. Using his race as a shield when there are clearly so many accusers already coming forward, many of whom are notably women of color.

Agnifilo went on to say the government was “scrutinizing” Diddy’s businesses and taxes — but his client “does everything right.” Hmm. And since the feds had nothing else on the rapper when it came to those matters, the lawyer claimed their “last vestige” was to attack “the way he’s having sex.” Agnifilo explained his take:

“We’re gonna go into his bedroom. We’re gonna go into his bedroom because maybe we don’t like the way he’s having sex. Here’s a man who has made some of the most important businesses owned by a Black man – run, owned, created, founded. The vision was that of a Black man. What have we done? We have reduced him, not everyone, but a large amount of our society, to being a monster. That should make us shake in our boots.”

WTF. First, the attorney tried — and failed — to brush off Diddy’s purchasing over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube as just your usual getting it in “bulk” from Costco. Now he’s attempting to argue the feds went after the Bad Boy Records founder because he is a successful Black man.

Did this guy not see the horrific video of Diddy beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, which back claims she made in her since-settled rape and abuse lawsuit against him? We guess the government created that with AI, right?

What about the multiple sexual assault lawsuits against Diddy — most of which came long before the indictment? Or heck, any of the claims that have since come out after the arrest? No, this clearly was a long time coming. And Diddy took himself down by the alleged horrific actions he did for years.
