Jennifer Lopez is in no rush to find a new man! For now she just needs to find love with… herself.
On Monday, a source told Entertainment Tonight the singer wants to remain in her single-girl era following her breakup with estranged husband Ben Affleck as she “thinks that’s the best thing for her right now.” And instead of focusing on finding new love, she’s prioritizing herself! The insider shared that Jennifer has been “trying to lean into self-care and self-love since her split from Ben.” They continued:
“Dating isn’t even on her mind at this point. She knows she needs to take care of herself first and move on from this upsetting experience before she can give love to a future romantic partner.”
“This upsetting experience” huh? Ouch. The insider continued:
“It has been hard, but Jen is surrounded by loved ones and doing things that bring her joy.”
Good for J.Lo! You need to give yourself some time to heal after a difficult divorce before getting back out in the dating game!

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard Jennifer is on the market for a new boyfriend. The actress said herself for Interview magazine that she is “not looking for anybody” at this time, saying:
“Now I’m excited, when you say you’re just going to be on your own. Yes, I’m not looking for anybody, because everything that I’ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I f**king do when it’s just me flying on my own … what if I’m just free?”
J.Lo also noted she had to work on herself and look “inward” rather than “blame everybody else” for her failings. And it sounds like she’s sticking with that plan before even thinking about another romantic relationship, based on the ET report.
