So yesterday, we reported that there is this mega lawsuit being thrown in Michael Bay’s face. The suit claims that Bay’s bodyguard pistol-whipped two guys outside a Hollywood nightclub. Serious stuff, right?
Now, his lawyer, Marty Singer, is making a claim of his own. He has sent out a letter to the courts calling the story “false and fabricated” and if the lawsuit isn dismissed immediately, he’s going to counter sue the crap out of them!
Marty claims the Transformer’s director wasn’t at the nightclub on the night in question and furthermore, does not travel with a bodyguard. Marty’s letter demands that not only the lawsuit being dismissed but that “a sincere public apology” is released for this “malicious prosecution.”
Shit is hitting the fan! Let’s see how far this can be pushed!
