Casey Affleck Settles Sexual Harassment Cases

Now he can just focus on the crazy that is Joaquin Phoenix.
This morning, we got word that Casey Affleck has reached a settlement with the two women who accused him of sexual harassment while working on his new documentary. Considering that each woman wanted no less than $2 million a piece, we imagine it had to be some settlement.
In a statement, Affleck’s lawyer said the disputes “have been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties”.
Somehow and for some people, money does heal all wounds.
