We betcha she wins big time too!
Last month, poor 24-year-old Gabriela Cedillo, the extra on the Transformers 3, sustained “serious injuries and brain damage” while on set. Poor thing had to have brain surgery!
Now, she has just filed a lawsuit agains the studio, alleging negligence on their part. No word yet on what or rather how much she is after, but Paramount did release a statement in regards to the lawsuit, stating:
“We are all terribly sorry that this accident occurred. Our thoughts, prayers and best wishes are with Gabriela, her family and loved ones. The production will continue to provide all the help we can to Gabriela and her family during this difficult time.”
The help she is looking for has a dollar sign in front and a lot of zeros behind. Hope your are all willing to pay up.
