Some lady is marrying those abs?! What a shame.
True Blood fans are probably traumatized now that actor Joe Manganiello (aka werewolf Alcide Herveaux) is engaged.
He proposed to his girlfriend, actress/model Audra Marie, while on vacation in Italy. The two met at a 2009 Super Bowl party, but it didn’t happen for them right away.
Joe revealed:
“She wouldn’t go out with me for six months. We started dating a few months before I got cast [on True Blood].”
Marie is “a great dresser. She’s gorgeous, and she’s tall. And she’s sweet … nice. And she makes crazy English breakfasts.”
And she said that Joe’s “sense of humor, his work ethic and how humble he is with everything that has gone on” are his greatest strengths.
They have not set a wedding date, but we’re sure it’s in the works!
Congrats, you two!
