'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' Injunction WILL Be Appealed.

Yuck.
The Justice Department is set to file an appeal this afternoon to fight Federal Judge Virginia A. Phillip‘s injunction against the ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ policy.
Although we expected that this might happen, we can’t begin to articulate how disappointed we are with the Obama administration right now.
