The Hobbit Gets A Greenlight!!!!

It’s actually happening!! We can hardly believe it!
Sources have confirmed that The Hobbit has been greenlit and will officially start production in New Zealand this February.
Finalized just this week with MGM and Warner Bros., Peter Jackson has agreed to direct, produce, and write the two-part series.
The film has had several setbacks, including director Guillermo del Toro leaving the project, labor disputes, and even a fire destroying parts of the set that had already been built.
This is great news! Now let’s just hope filming goes much smoother than pre-production.
