OMG! The possible name of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s dog has been revealed — and it has such an adorable tie to the Kansas City Chiefs star!!!
According to DeuxMoi sources on Sunday, the lovebirds have named their dog… Wendy!
Potentially as in Wendy Peffercorn, the lifeguard in the tight end’s favorite movie The Sandlot! And not just one of his favorite films — his ’90s crush!

Back on an old episode of New Heights, Jason and Trav discussed the character Wendy, played by Marley Shelton, with Travis declaring:
“She was so hot!”
And fans have long thought his crush had a striking resemblance to his now-wife, considering they share blonde hair, blue eyes, and a signature red lip!
The couple has yet to confirm the news of their dog or its name, but this seems like a strong possibility, especially since the singer already has a habit of naming her pets after favorite characters!
Another reason the name Wendy is significant? Taylor’s lyrics from the song cardigan talk about Peter Pan losing Wendy, and she also has a song called Peter that reimagines the fairy tale.
