Reflecting on years past!
Jen Affleck is looking back on the last decade of her life, specifically the last seven years, and it’s bringing up all the feels.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star shared an emotional post to TikTok over the weekend. Captioning a video from her wedding with a quote about grief, she wrote:
“‘Grief is strange when the thing you are grieving was once your greatest joy.’
I’ll always hold this version of me gently. The girl who loved without fear and believed she knew where life was taking her.”
To complete the post, the music she chose for the video was Fleetwood Mac‘s Landslide — a song famous for its relatable lyrics about life changes and transitions.

Jen is currently expecting her fourth child with husband Zac.
Last week she told People the two were navigating challenges:
“There’s a lot that we’ve been navigating behind closed doors, but I do have to say, I wouldn’t have survived the first trimester without him.”
In the comments of her TikTok video, fans sent their support, and so did co-star Mayci Neeley, who wrote:
“Love you jennny [heart emoji]”
Aww, we’re glad she has a loving support system.
She also shared another video from her wedding, this time with the caption:
“19-year-old me, saying yes to the dress. I’ve been looking back at all the versions of myself over the last seven years. So many chapters. So many memories. So much life. Every version of her brought me here.”

Jen and Zac married a little over seven years ago on June 28, 2019.
