Natalie Portman is beaming with new life, literally!
The actress just had her third child at 45, and she’s fully reveling in the magic of it all.
In a new piece for Harper’s Bazaar, she gushes:
“[I’m] full of wonder and joy at this magical little human.”
Natalie and her boyfriend Tanguy Destable, 46, welcomed their first baby together in September. They have not publicly shared the name or sex of the child.
The French musician also has two sons with French actress Louise Bourgoin, and this is Natalie’s third time parenting too.
She and ex-husband Benjamin Millepied are co-parents to Aleph, 15, and Amalia, 9.

Natalie says welcoming another little one into the world now has added another layer of love and appreciation for them as well:
“It gives me a whole new attention to my big kids too, as I am reminded of how recently they were these little fresh creations and how quickly they’ve blossomed into incredible humans with their own amazing personalities and senses of humor and ideas.”
Awww!
Cheers to the new blended family! It must be exciting news for all.

As for her love life, Natalie makes the rare decision to open up about her relationship. She and Tanguy met through mutual friends in Paris and instantly connected in the spring of 2025, a little over a year after her divorce from Benjamin was finalized.
When she’s asked how she feels in her new love as “a fully formed adult,” she tells the mag that, “yeah,” it does feel good and different to be in this space. Then she’s reminded of feelings that spurred within her in the art exhibit she and the interviewer walked through together. Thinking of living in love in general, she muses:
“Actually, in the exhibit, I was thinking about how nice it is to see an artist in her 80s just be like, ‘I’m going to make this about the love of my grandkid.’ When we were like, ‘What does this mean?’ And it’s just for her grandkid because she loves him. I was thinking, ‘That’s what a badass woman who’s been around is like: Guess what? The most important thing is love. And I’m not embarrassed to say it.’ I do feel like it’s so simple, just being kind and loving and being able to laugh. That’s all that matters. That’s the joy of being this age. If it’s not that, I’m not spending my time there.”
Yess!!
Love IS the most important thing! There’s nothing cringe about it. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Say it again: LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
