We still think this reboot is so unnecessary, but we can seriously get behind these casting choices!

Sally Field and Martin Sheen are reportedly in negotiations to portray Aunt May and Uncle Ben in the Spider-Man franchise relaunch, directed by Marc Webb!

Wow! They’re pulling out the big guns for the supporting cast, aren’t they?

We’re impressed! These two are a little on the younger side – at least for the roles – but we think they’d actually be perfect!

Here’s hoping they get cast!
