Damn! We would have liked to see him come back!
Although the Academy Awards are still a few months away, sources close to the production of the ceremony have revealed that executive producers Bruce Cohen and Don Mischer are hard at work looking for a person to take on the much-coveted hosting position, and they’ve already reached out an alum – Hugh Jackman!
Unfortunately, the actor had to turn down the job, because he’s currently has his adamantium claws full prepping for production on X-Men Origins: Wolverine II!
Lame!
Hopefully they can get him to do it in 2012, though!
