Things went terribly did not go ideally for Mel in court yesterday.
The first thing that went wrong for Mel was the fact that the judge refused to issue a gag order, much to the dismay of Mel and his lawyers.
As far as custody is concerned, both Mel and Oksana testified, but it looks like the judge did not rule yet on the subject. If Oksana has it her way though, Mel will be denied ALL overnight visits.
Another issue that was dealt with in court yesterday was the question of child support. The judge ruled that Oksana will get $20,000 a month, AND that Mel will be forced to pay her rent as well.
Not a great day in court, Mel. Don’t worry though, you’ll have plenty more opportunities to have a better day since this case is likely to go on until the end of time!
