We’ve been getting a lot of privileged intel lately about the inner dealings of Mel Gibson’s custody battle and domestic abuse case against ex Oksana Grigorieva. That’s because someone with influence got their hands on some very secret court documents and sold them out to the media.
As you can imagine, no one related to the case is happy about this, least of all the judge overseeing it. According to Oksana and her lawyer, who will be appearing on Larry King Live tomorrow, the judge has ordered an investigation into just how the documents made it out into the masses.
Martin Garbus, Oksana’s attorney, explains to sources that whoever leaked these files provided sources with over “2,000 pages” of legal documents and surely got “paid a good deal of money” for them.
Uh-oh. Looks like we are taking a little detour in this case! Hopefully, someone will remained focus on the task at hand – protecting that defenseless little one year old!
