One step closer to an Oscar!
The National Board of Review announced their year-end awards this morning and the film voted best of the year was David Fincher’s The Social Network!
Along with the flick getting the top honor, Fincher was also selected as the Board’s choice for best director, while Jesse Eisenberg was awarded best actor and Aaron Sorkin was recognized for best adapted screenplay! Wowza! In response to why the film got such acclaim from the board, NBR president Annie Schulhof explained:
├óΓé¼┼ôWe believe the film portrays a dramatic story that will stand up over time and appeal to many generations.”
It certainly appealed to this one! Our generation just loves watching movies about our generation!
