If we’ve said it once, we must’ve said it a zillion times – don’t make sex tapes, they always come back to bite you in the ass. Granted, this is not as severe as a sex tape, but we consider nudie pictures a subdivision of the category, so we’re going with it.
Anyway, Jersey Shore’s Jwoww finds herself a brutal legal battle with her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Lippolis. Sources have learned through documentation that Jwoww’s lawyer sent Thomas a letter weeks ago, explaining that his “final payment” for services as her business manager was in the works. Not only does this paperwork possibly confirm that Thomas was stiffed $350,000 from the Jersey girl, but it also brings to light another issue between the pair.
In the letter sent to Thomas, the lawyer added:
“It has come to [Jwoww’s] attention that you may be in possession of certain photos of her that may be derogatory to her image and in violation of her contract with MTV.”
These “derogatory” images are said to be ones of the reality show in a very compromising, very naked position. The kind of images certain companies would pay a lot of money for, if given the opportunity. But Jwoww’s attorney demanded the return of the pics ASAP and risk further legal action. Unfortunately for her, he has yet to comply.
This sounds like it could get ugly – FAST!
