Performing at Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London, Ke$ha brought the LOLs as she performed her first headlining gig in the UK.

Wearing blue lipstick and yucky gold panties over fishnets, we seriously are so confused as to what’s going on here.

Is this a comedy routine or pop concert? We don’t even know…
