James Cameron’s Avatar has been named 2010’s most popular illegal download, with over 16 million BitTorrent downloads alone!
Avatar has received 51 percent more BitTorrent downloads than last year’s #1 illegal download, Star Trek.
Other films on the unfortunate Top 10 List include Kick-Ass, Inception, Shutter Island, Iron Man 2, Clash of the Titans, Green Zone, Sherlock Holmes, The Hurt Locker, and Salt.
Don’t worry too much, James! We’re sure plenty of folks will still pick up Avatar on Blu-Ray & DVD to stuff those stockings!
