Oh no! We hope he’s okay!
While her ex Ryan Reynolds was seen looking for a new bachelor pad, nearby, Scarlett Johansson‘s father, Karsten Johansson took a fall near his West Village home and was taken to the hospital by her 31-year-old sister Vanessa.
Surveillance footage shows Mr. Johansson collapsing toward the street, resulting in a huge gash on his face.
A nearby restaurant staffer saw the whole thing go down. “My host ran up to me and said, ‘there├óΓé¼Γäós a gentleman outside on the concrete with his face down and bleeding everywhere,'” Casa La Femme Restaurant manager Luis Martinez said.
He was taken to Bellevue hospital where he remains in critical, but stable condition.
A source said, “Family members stated he├óΓé¼Γäós suffered from an aneurism in the past.”
Poor guy. It sounds like such a scary fall and we hope he’s okay!
Scarlett is scheduled to appear as a presenter at Sunday night’s Oscars, but having her dad on her mind, it would be totally understandable if she decided not to go.
