In his first major film role since LOST ended, Matthew Fox has signed on to play the bad guy in the upcoming reboot of the the James Patterson detective franchise called I, Alex Cross.
Fox will play a deadly assassin and one of the best known villains in the Patterson novel series who kills the titular detective’s wife after one of his murders is almost thwarted by Cross.
The film, based off of the book of the same name, sounds like it will be a prequel to the previous Cross films Kiss The Girls and Along Came A Spider, which starred Morgan Freeman in the lead role.
As much as we’d love Morgan to return despite his age (CGI can fix anything), Tyler Perry is attached to take over the character.
This definitely could be inneresting!
Are U psyched to see Perry and Fox go at it?
