Iron Man 3 Gets A Writer!

They’ve got a writer!

Now that Jon Favreau has opted out taking the reigns for Iron Man 3, Shane Black was hired to direct the flick, and now, it’s been revealed that Drew Pearce has been brought on to pen the screenplay!

Nice! Apparently, he has worked on the script for a now-defunct adaptation of the comic series Runaways, so at least he’s familiar with the Marvel comic world!

Here’s hoping that this one will correct the missteps that were taken with Iron Man 2!

Fingers crossed!
